Shipping Information

At Juvantage, we aim to get your purchases to you as swiftly as possible. Here’s what  you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping to Canada:

• Orders to Canada are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery times to Canada may vary, but we work to get your orders delivered within 7-9 business days.
• Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional customs fees or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Juvantage, nor are they included in the order total.

Shipping Within the United States:

• We process orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
• Standard shipping typically takes 7- 12 business days, depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s journey to your doorstep.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will help us evaluate the issue and make it right.
• In the event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
