Canceling Your Order

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items. No reason is needed for cancellation.

How to Cancel

To  cancel just send us an emai, please contact us via email at support@juvantage.com. You can simply inform us of your decision to cancel your order.

Refunds

Upon cancellation, you are required to return the items within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, once we receive the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back. Please note that if you opted for a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, you would be responsible for the excess cost.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the items to us.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition. Any decrease in value due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods might reduce the amount refunded.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. We will specify any exceptions at the time of purchase and in the product descriptions.
